1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@diamondnpearls.com. Orders canceled within this timeframe will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow our Returns and Exchanges policy if you wish to return the item.

2. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or engraved jewelry, final sale items, and products purchased with a discount code are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Email us at support@diamondnpearls.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

  2. Pack the Item: Include the original packaging and any accessories. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the package.

  3. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided in your Return Authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.

5. Exchanges

  • Process: To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. The new order will be subject to our standard terms and conditions.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@diamondnpearls.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
